Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Jurni Rayne learned the values of Southern generosity and hospitality from her family.

At an early age, she was helping her mom Eugenia prepare and cook recipes passed down through the generations.

She then decided to study the art and the science of making food.

So, she attended Stephen F Austin State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration, focusing on food prep and restaurant management.

In 2014 she moved to LA with a dream that she would start her own elevated Southern cuisine restaurant one day.

Eight years and one Pandemic later 🤦🏾‍♀️
